2. What’s the best way to design for iOS7?

A must-read thinkpiece for designers. Just kidding, it takes about ten seconds to scroll to the bottom, and you should do it.

3. Did you know you can play with real cats via the internet?

I have this bookmarked in my browser, and I play with it at least once a week, usually during lunch for some de-stressing. IPetCompanion is a company that goes into humane societies around the country and installs these little remote controlled cat toys, that you can operate from your computer (as well as a webcam to see what’s going on). Studies show that cats are adopted more often this way, if they’re playing and having fun. Well, I’m having fun too. The cats in the screenshot below clearly do not care about me right now, but on other days they’re much more fun.

Love this. Guessing it was done with a laser cutter and some sandpaper. I’d like to play!
