The ART PAPERS Art Auction is the publication's annual gala, and their major opportunity to fundraise for the programming they do throughout the year. It's a way to showcase established and up-and-coming artists, to thank donors, and to introduce new fans to this art community. All in all, it's a pretty big deal!

I worked with ART PAPERS to develop the entire look and feel for this event, from initial design to day-of install and event follow-up.

Since this was the 21st Art Auction, we incorporated the theme from the 1988 Tom Cruise film Cocktails, and made the event feel more like an 80s bar: neon, dark brick, moody lighting.
