We Love Buford Highway’s founder, Marian Liou, and I often found ourselves being asked “where should I go on Buford Highway?” We decided to craft an SMS-based bot that anyone anywhere could reach out to and get recommendations. We narrowed down Buford Highways’s 300+ food options into about 70 different locations and gave recommendations based on time of day, cuisine, and other preferences.
